该学生2018-2019学年第二学期，未办理任何请假手续擅自离校回国，自开学第二周起便持续旷课。教师教育学院多次与学生联系，学生曾表示将于3月11日返校，但自3月11日-4月14日学生未对学院联系信息有回应，直至4月15日学生以微信方式提出放弃学籍声明。
该生以上行为已严重违反学校管理制度，为严肃校纪校规，教育本人及其他同学，经学校研究生院、国际学院研究决定,根据《国际留学生手册》第41页《优米app怎么下载软件国际学生（学历生）学籍管理实施细则》第二章第10条所述内容，决定予以自动退学处理，并按规定取消其在华居留许可。望其他同学引以为戒, 认真学习，严格遵守学校各项规章制度。
